About Us

West Outlet began in 2004 as a single store in Prague, Czech Republic, and was founded with the idea of making U.S. designer clothing and brand name apparel accessible to Czech shoppers. In 2004, there were few opportunities to purchase Tommy Hilfiger items and none of POLO Ralph Lauren or GAP in the Czech Republic. We began as an Outlet store, importing clothes that were just taken off the racks of famous American Department Stores like Macy's, Bloomingdales or Nordstroms. We had been also purchasing merchandise which was just replaced by new quarterly collections directly from Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and GAP.

In June 2008, we launched our website, www.westoutlet.cz, in Czech. Since a large amount of our customers come from other countries, in Septenber 2009 we released www.westoutlet.eu in English, to better serve our international customers. 

As we are growing, we are adding more merchandise to our website, and currently offer the best selection of designer apparel in the region - at the best prices, with the best customer service. 

This year, 2010 - has been a banner year for us as we officially became an American company, based in Beaverton, Oregon - and merged with our American counterpart and major supplier affording you an even wider selection at better prices than ever. We are excited about the changes, although recognize that change is difficult - and hope you will check us out and give us a "test drive" so that we can exceed your expectations. That's our goal.
