How to Use Your Shopping Bag?

When you are shopping online, and add an item to your bag, it is saved in your Shopping Bag. The Shopping Bag holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase them or remove them.

How can I pay?

We are able to accept only Visa and MasterCard. For more information, please read our Customer Service section.

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

Yes. We want you to be completely happy with your products. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible. We reimburse purchase price of the merchandise for any items that do not satisfy you. For the first 30 days of your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund. The only condition is that the Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return/exchange. For more information, please read our Customer Service Information page.

I want to return merchandise, when I will get my money back?

We will credit your account within 7 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.

Can I order by telephone?

At this time we are unable to take telephone orders. Products may only be purchased via the web site. We will be looking at this more in the future.

What are your shipping charges?

Our Standard Shipping and Delivery Rate is €8 ($10). Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. However, this Fee sometimes does not cover even a Postal Charges. Regardless of the cost or where your merchandise is shipped from, you will only pay €8 ($10). All costs above that amount are absorbed by WestOutlet.

Does my computer need to accept cookies?

Yes. You will find comprehensive explanation in Customer Service.

Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date?

No. Items placed in your shopping cart and not purchased before you log off will be deleted from your Shopping Bag.

When will my order ship?

WestOutlet endeavors to ship purchases as soon as possible. Because all items are shipped from the United States -  it may take up to 4 weeks to deliver your order to you. At this time, orders are averaging two (2) weeks from placement to delivery.

What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

No worries. Once an order is placed, you cannot make online changes but our customer service staff will be happy to help you modify or adjust your order.  For assistance please write us help@westoutlet.eu as soon as you know a change should be made. Before your order is shipped, we can make changes manually. If the order was already shipped, you may exchange the item(s) at a later time.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes, we can ship to another address besides your own. When you are checking out, you have the option to enter the shipping address you want use. However, we request that you provide us with your own email address and telephone number in case we need to contact you.

What will it cost me to make a return or exchange?

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will only pay the return postage. There are no additional costs to you.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, please go to Lost password page. We will send you a link where you will set up a new password.
