Shopping & Payment Methods

In our shop, you may pay by Credit and Debit Cards only. We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electron a MasterCard Maestro. We do not accept American Express, Discover, Diners Club or any other credit card.

Please provide us the billing information of the credit card you are using. Billing information would include the following: Name and address of the card owner as recorded by the bank or other issuer of the credit card. If you are using a shipping address which is different from the billing address then please provide us the telephone number of the shipping address.

WestOutlet does not accept CODs, Checks, PayPal, Money orders or other methods of payment.

Our Online Secure Ordering System

You Can Feel Safe Shopping with Us. We make every effort to ensure that your purchasing experience at WestOutlet is secure. We use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encrypt the personal credit or debit card information sent between your computer and our website's servers.

Credit Card payment is safe. We use 3-D Secure, an XML-based protocol used as an added layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. It was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments. It is known as the Verified by Visa. Services based on the protocol have also been adopted by MasterCard, under the name MasterCard SecureCode. Your sensitive credit card information, account number, expiration date and card verification code (CVC) is accessible only to VISA and MasterCard! We at WestOutlet have no access to this information. We only see if the transaction was successful or not.

Duties and Taxes

Generally, the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. In the event a shipment is refused and returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Privacy Policy

We at WestOutlet respect your privacy. We will always treat your privacy very seriously and your privacy information will be handled with great respect. Our privacy guidelines are in accordance to the laws of European Union, and United States of America. WestOutlet pledges to you, that we will:

 

  • NOT sell, rent, or lease your personal information.
  • NOT keep you on our mailing lists if you have requested to be removed.
  • NOT share your information with any trading partners unless you have requested information, products, or services that can be best handled by another company.

 

Data Sharing:

WestOutlet does not provide any third party with any individually identifiable information other than that which is necessary to complete your order. Specifically, WestOutlet gives your name and shipping address to our shipping carrier. Your sensitive credit card information; account number, expiration date and Card Verification Code are transferred through the credit card processor, who bills your account, directly to VISA or MasterCard. This information is accessible only to VISA and MasterCard! Neither WestOutlet staff nor our bank has access to this information!

Shipping Rates & Processing

We ship our merchandise to most destinations worldwide. Currently we use USPS (United States Postal Service) for our shipments. We reserve the right to use alternative carriers if we find them to be faster or more efficient on a case-by-case basis.

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order from our vendor(s) or warehouse. The average time for delivery of your order should is 10 days. However, it may take up to 30 days depending on product availability. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped from USA are delivered at our regular shipping and processing fees, with no additional charge. You will also pay only one Shipping Fee.

Our Standard Shipping and Delivery Rate is €8 ($10). Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and related overhead.

Please note that all items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Product Warranty

All merchandise bought from WestOutlet are genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value. All items are warranted by two years limited warranty.

Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is valid only at WestOutlet. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than WestOutlet or manufacturer/distributor will void this warranty. Products requiring repair should be sent directly to WestOutlet.

Availability

Our stock is dependent on our suppliers. We have created a daily system to provide updates on what stock is available. Many of the products we carry are very popular so stock levels may vary from hour to hour. All items offered for sale are subject to availability. Many items in this catalog and web site come from various sources. Occasionally a product may be discontinued or out of stock. In the event an item is out of stock or for any other reason unable to be shipped, we will notify you (usually within one business day). If you had your heart set on something that turns up out of stock or discontinued, please email us at help@WestOutlet.eu and we will make every effort to find the product for you through alternate sources. A happy customer is OUR customer!

Should this apply to your order, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. The money charged to your account will be returned immediately. We reaffirm our pledge to offer excellent service and the highest quality at the lowest price.

Our Return / Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible. We reimburse purchase price of the merchandise for any items that do not satisfy you. For the first 30 days of your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).

Apparel must be unworn to be accepted as a return/exchange. All other returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Please ship your parcel back to WestOutlet freight prepaid and Insured. Sorry, WestOutlet cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is not reimbursable.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice and tell us whether you want repair / exchange / credit for the returned item.

If you choose money return, we will credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
